Our lab maintains the Zebrafish Meta Atlas Project (ZMAP), a multi-study consensus scRNA-seq atlas of zebrafish development. ZMAP spans an interactive web portal, an annotation ontology, a Python API, and public datasets. Access the landing page here.
The following web portals facilitate interactive exploration of single-cell datasets using SPRING and include links for downloading counts matrices, and raw sequencing reads.
